Connecting to the Internet in the parks: Without a strong Internet signal, wait times, park hours and schedules may not update accurately. You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards. The app will request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. The app will request access to your contacts to assign purchased PhotoPass images to your contacts. Optional planning tools may also ask you to provide details about your travel party.   • Didn’t know how everything would be so hard

    Do I feel safe from virus while here...yes. Did I understand that everything and I mean everything would be such a hassle...no. Getting food and the wait for mobile order is a hassle, not being able to sit down at a table till I have the food is a hassle, standing with my family trying to social distance while waiting is a hassle in a crowded restaurant door, how no fast passes affect what I can do in a day, the numerous restaurants and attractions being closed limits things, so we just do the same things over and over and wait hours just to do something. The limited menus have us eating the same foods in all parks except Epcot. Park hopping being down makes us cross fingers that we picked the right park and we just go home after about 5 hours because there is nothing to do but watch TV in our room. Again I feel safe, your cast members are wonderful but it’s not worth the same money I spend as even though the experience is slashed in half I’m still spending high season money. Thank you for asking as I haven’t told anyone this as I don’t want to sound ungrateful to everyone who worked so hard here to open the parks.

    having the my disney expirience app is a whole expirience in itself- not only do i use it all day everyday of my trip- i look at the wait times when i’m at work and need a little escape- its so great and useful!!!!

    The My Disney Experience app s not reliable, it kicks you out of the system frequently, is not user friendly and often says it can not research the home page. Very frustrating because you t is heavily used during COVID...

    I been trying to ride the resistance for six months and each time we try it never lets us on we are here today 12/27 and up at 7am with no luck, and again 1:00 same thing. I been a pass holder for years and should be able to ride this ride. You would think, there is a way. Just not satisfied.:( Mike
  • Tedious and not worth it

    Brought three grandkids here are ages 13, 13, and 11. The difficulty in achieving anything at the park is ridiculous. You cannot even order at the restaurants, you just have to use an app. These apps are not very user-friendly. When you are at the park, expect to wait in very long lines for literally everything, including souvenir shops. I have wasted thousands of dollars on this trip.
