    At first I was glad I found this app to rent movies..but this app is a mess. Movies just keep on loading. I already checked my internet connection and other streaming app (which i got hd quality). Definitely will not recommend.

    Update: the app developers’ canned reply for every bad review doesn’t cut it for me. I pay for 100 mbps internet speed and on a bad day when other devices are streaming at the same time, the speedtest shows 60mbps, and the ipad has plenty of storage.But this new app is better than the old TFC app, and do please, keep improving it so that I’ll continue the subscription. There are plenty of good old and current tv series and movies to choose from; the content is not the problem. Right now I’m hooked on ‘Wildflower’ which first aired 3 years ago. If anyone asks me, I’d give the show 5 stars, but probably because we’re on covid lockdown and there’s political intrigue with US elections. I just wish the app itself would work consistently. Most of the time the audio lags behind the video or vice versa. It’s annoying and distracting, and happens when I access the app through Apple iOS or through Roku. The internet speed is not the issue because other streaming apps work fine on all my devices. It also does not always remember the last episode watched, if there’s 260 episodes in a series, better write down the episode number or find yourself scrolling through a bunch of episodes trying to recall it. And whenever I open the app and the black screen appears with the loading icon endlessly going in circles, I just shut it down, regretting the day I decided to enter my credit card info for $12.99 monthly Premium charge after the one month trial. There’s still two weeks left of the trial period; I hope the glitches in service will be fixed before then.
  • Not worth it to pay premium

    I thought when you got a premium subscription you can access all of the content. But they still want to pay for some the movies and show you want to watch even if you are already paying to much for watching old and super old show and movies. That all you can watch from having a premium subscription. This is a rip off.

    Why is the premium plan USD12.99 paying via the iOS app or App Store but on your website, it is USD7.99? App also shows only the premium option and does not display the standard plan.

    THERE’S A BAD REASON WHY THIS APP GOT SO MANY BAD REVIEWS AND LOW RATINGS FROM APPLE USERS. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ON THIS APP. I tried to subscribe to watch one of the series of Abs-Cbn, however, upon paying I couldn’t watch the advance episodes as I checked my plan was still on “Free Plan,” I immediately tried to go to their customer service, but no response I waited for good hour or so and nothing. I decided to comeback, only to see their customer service is close now. I mean, they just took my money, so I had to email them. It took forever for them to respond and just asked me to screen shot, then no response afterwards. So I said why not just do it again on different email, maybe the one I used has a problem, so I did and the same thing happened again. So now, after few days (it actually a whole week of misery) on the second account I am now on the “Premium Plan” so I immediately unsubscribe so that I won’t have to suffer the same problem again. But now, I can’t purchase anything in the Apple Store, due to the report of dispute charge that I made on this app, that now thanks to this app I need to get a new card to think its holiday in a few days now and I have to deal with this nightmare that iWant TFC put me through. I get no apology from their team or even guarantee of this thing won’t happen again. I have friends and coworkers who had the same issue with this app and we live here in US and the only thing we can use with no cable is this app, but you see because of this app, most likely we will get the cable instead. I can’t trust this app anymore that they will do their job right. Let alone my hard earned money.

    Y’all need to get this app fixed. All I see are reviews & they’re all right. Freezes on you, can’t log in, won’t load, stops midway, the sound is delayed, will say only on the web but once you go on the web, it’ll say on the app only like?? EVERYTHING & ANYTHING you can think of that can be a problem on an app, is a problem on this app. What a joke. Please fix all your glitches & bugs before you advertise this so proudly. This is embarrassing & disappointing. $12.99 might not seem a lot but it adds up & you guys are basically scamming people.

    I have uninstalled the app several Times and reinstall but I am still not able to log in. It looks like your system is down. When will your system work properly? It’s been almost 5 Days but yet I am paying every month.
