Video Tube™

App say error occurred when loading and searching a video. Picture in picture feature not working at all. This app needs major improvements please.

This is normally a very good app, BUT an issue has been plaguing it for far too long. More often than not, if you try to search something it instantly tells you that an error occurred and you can only watch whatever is on the trending list. This would happen maybe every few months or so, no biggie, but now it’s been persistent for at least a few months which makes it unusable for me. What’s super strange is that the app is regularly updated and even responds well to consumer feedback and for some reason this serious problem is literally always an issue. How much longer are we expected to deal with this?

As of lately, whenever I tap on either the more from, related, or comments tap, it will load but nothing will show up no matter how many times I try. And even stranger this seems to happen in the afternoon ( around 4:00pm and ends around 7:00am I think). Although I am still able to watch videos that are in my history/favorites. I have been using this app for like five years, I was loving the app for the first few years; but all of a sudden, the experience just got more and more frustrating with the amount of bugs that have still remained. For example, when I tilt my phone to full screen, the screen for some odd reason will lower itself, so all videos will have some of the screen cut off ( that is the best way to describe it). All and all, wish I can go back to the previous versions of this app and use it when it was working properly and with little to no problems watching/accessing videos. If this review didn’t make any sense then I can kind of understand that, I tried my best to describe the problems that I am having. I do wish the best of luck fixing these problems ( if possible) but I am saying that this app has gotten more and more frustrating to use. Thank you for reading this review. [EDIT] It has been a few months since I posted this review, and those problems are still there, but even more worse than ever! What happened to this app that I loved so much. Now a days when I search, it involves videos that are not related to the topic (that I search for) at all. I can no longer have fun with this app, and I wish I can go back in time and use it when it was working in my favor. I know that it takes a while to do these changes but now I do not think you guys are paying close attention to your app. PLEASE fix your app, I want to enjoy it again.

The app say that you can download the videos and it’s lie you can’t do it. It’s a fake don’t buy this app

This app used to be so good. But in the last year or so you can’t search anything to watch and you’re lucky if you can load related content when you do watch a video. It would be nice if the developers would fix these issues. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn’t fix anything. So if the developers could make the app usable like it used to be that would be nice. Instead of just adding updates that don’t seem to fix any of the real issues that the app itself is having.

Every time I search for a video it says “no videos found “. Why!? This app Used to be good, But not anymore I paid for this app. This is frustrating. Can you fix it?

I personally like this app but I hate it when it says no videos found when u spelled it right and everything and there is videos like plz fix it

I am not sure what has changed but I recognize that with the update my video tube crashes with EVERY selected video. Frustrating!
