    It will not allow you to stay logged in. I have to sign in every time. It freezes the first time. I have to close out and try again. I’m in. But that’s the easy part. The tap to magnify only works half the time. The pages freeze. The single article view freezes. Right now I’m stuck on an article and will have to close out and start over. So frustrating. Especially for a pretty weak. newspaper.

    This is the worst website I have seen seen. Pages jump around . It will not stay on topic long enough to read a story. Even for subscribers, you never know what you will be able to access from day to day. Come on Savannah Morning News . You can do better!

    Just cancelled my subscription. As numerous others have mentioned, it is next to impossible to get logged in on this app. Instead, it presents you with an endless loop of blank login screens, even after having entered your correction credentials. Good riddance!

  • Frustrating Sign On

    This is the only app that I have that requires you to enter user information and password almost every time it is accessed. It has become such a pain that I will soon be cancelling my subscription. Not worth the hassle.

    My husband and I have been subscribers for almost 60 years and are sad to think that we might have to cancel. Having moved to an undeliverable hard copy address we count on the iPad version. Same as the other reviewers we have to give our password everyday and then the front page freezes so we then have to reboot. Getting to be too much of a hassle.

    It would be one thing if you did not have to pay for this defective site. Constant log ins followed by frozen screens are the norm. Often you cannot read the news when you want to. The problems are getting worse.

    I’m a longtime subscriber to this newspaper and I want to be able to keep up with local news when I travel. I can’t get past the login screen. As large as Gatehouse Publishing is they ought to be able to put out an app that works!
