  • Clunky - Commercials way longer than show

    I have the app to watch past shows that arent available on my cable provider on demand (strange I know). The app itself will freeze and the sound and video will go out of whack. The commercials? Ouch. Worse than watching live tv. I use this on a few devices and watching it on my appletv is horrendous. The “interactive” commercial gives you a 30 second commercial and has you swipe then hit play. The caveat is if you hit the wrong button you have to watch the boring commercial again. Im sure you are trying to be innovative but its an epic failure. Also it seems for every 2 minutes of the show you are shoving another 30 seconds of the same commercial. switch it up or im gonna dump this app.

    Why is it forcing me to sign in through Cox Communications? I live in Jersey and use Fios but I cannot sign it as it wound even give me the option to select my own provider.

  • Bugs, man...45 minute show turns into 60+ mins

    App is easy to navigate and great....when it works. App on my smart tv never works so I’ll air stream from my phone. So many freezes, commercial repeats, etc a 45 min show turns into an hour plus. Once bugs are fixed, I’ll change stars

  • AD problems

    I have no issues with ads but on apple tv it makes the experience horrible due to stopping the video and not able to easily continue playing after ads or falsely stating do a single 30 second interactive ad that plays an ad right after the 30 second interactive ad and still playing ads.

    After the first commercial it wont continue playing when streaming to my apple tv! Super annoying!

    In this day & age there is no excuse for how bad the A&E app is. No matter whether your running it on a fire stick, ROKU tv, iPad, iPhone. I have them all and this is my favorite network. Yet I can’t enjoy their programming because their app constantly drops me, gives me bizarre error messages, and all kinds of problems happen. Right now on my fire tv it won’t let me watch just the first 48 because it says the time and date on my tv isn’t right. However nothing changed from the last time I watched it. I hate them! They want us to like their shows support the products being sold on their commercials to support their programs but I will be damned if they will actually let us watch them uninterrupted without a hassle

    Ya’ll need to rotate the ads, I’ve watched the same ad 3 times in a row, break after break, day after day. It’s making me Nuts like the people in the show I’m currently watching. The “Choose your Ad” interferes and affects the playback. I know there are a lot more ads to rotate.

    Previously a good, clean app. Now it just plays ads one after another and there’s no way to watch or return to your video. Completely useless.

    Constantly losing signal. Have to get signing back in and then program restarts. Can’t even put in a review. Says every name is taken

    I absolutely love this app however the episodes are not up to date. Another concern is the buffering; it buffers so long even with my having 5G.
