  • Used to love it, now not so much

    You used to be able to save cards you didn’t use for boosters but they took that away. When you get to the higher levels, it’s SO hard to get through them without boosters but you can’t get boosters anymore unless you win a reward round or get a chest. And since they’re so hard to win, I end up running out of lives before I get a chest or not being able to beat a reward round. Also, ALL of my extra lives I was gifted have disappeared. It seems they’ve gone the way of many game apps, and have made it impossible to enjoy without spending real money...

    I keep purchasing and earning boost but they keep disappearing after I play a few games what is happening with my boost I spent money it’s a fun game until my boost disappear how can I get them back without having to repurchase

    I hate the fact that when you login from a different device all the money you spent and all of the stuff you have earned doesn’t come with you that’s not far.

    I’ve been playing this game for a long time. I never gave much thought to the sending and requesting lives feature, but with the recent quarantine lockdowns and closures, I have more time to play and was sending and requesting often. I had over 400 lives saved up. Yesterday... *POOF* they were all gone. They disappeared. Every single one of them. Wasn’t happy. So, while I would normally give 5 stars... you’re only getting 1... sorry.

    I bought a new phone and downloaded this game on my new phone. Even after logging in with Facebook I lost all of the extra lives that were sent to my mailbox and my power ups. What is the point of saving your progress through Facebook or their account if you lose everything. Then now when I try to request or send extra lives nothing shows up and the button is grayed out. I can’t even request or send any lives anymore.

    Have enjoyed this game in the past but lately it keeps crashing...even in the middle of the game. Won’t recommend it until this is fixed. Very disappointed!

    I would have given this game 5 stars. I have been playing it for years and enjoyed it very much as it is addicting. Over the last couple years or so they have made some changes that gave players more opportunity to win free boosters. I saved my boosters for hard levels or reward rounds. BUT also in the last couple of years I noticed that suddenly I would not be able to open the app which forced me to delete it and reinstall. When I logged back in, the game remembered what level I was on and how much gold I had but for some reason wiped out my boosters. Frustrated, I continued to play knowing I’d have the opportunity to stock up again. This happened a few more times and the most recent one, a week or 2 ago, they’ve changed the game and aside from reward rounds there are no longer opportunities to win boosters anymore and again wiped out my inventory. I don’t usually write reviews on games but this is really frustrating for me since I’ve been playing this game for years and am well past level 1000 with none of the boosters I’ve saved unless I pay more $ to this game. I will be looking for a different game to play now.

    I’ve been playing this game for years and I love it but tonight it stopped working for some reason so I deleted and reinstalled the game and it saved my level but all my mail and my boosters are gone I’m so upset
