  • Impossible to navigate

    The app is confusing, overwhelmed with content and impossible to navigate. The whole ink thing is a rip off, and when I finally found how to unlock some with surveys my ink was never put into my account despite completing the surveys. Then there’s the cost to unlock, 300+ ink for an episode???? Maybe if I had been with the app from the beginning and learned all the new features as they were added I wouldn’t be so confused, but as a first time downloader and user it seems impossible to navigate. Delete.

    This app is great I love how it gives us free ink every Monday BUT I realized a mistake or glitch it will say I have not yet read an episode but when I bought it I realized I had already read that entire episode so I just wasted a large amount of my ink buying something I already saw

    The only thing I wish were different were if there were more app options for earning ink. The stories are great and I am thoroughly enjoying it!

    Ok good stories , at least free ones. However I reported that I did not receive my ink and was told I did. Obviously if I did I would t have had to report it. I never spent it because I never had it. Yet for some reason it says it’s been rewarded and the person emailing me says it’s been rewarded but when I look at my app it says it’s not there. Also why am I spending 300 ink on ONE episode? Most ink earning strata that don’t require you to pay or sign up for something annoying are only 20 or 30 yet I need to get to 300 just for one episode on one story I’m not even sure I like that much yet?

    Tapas is a great app but ever since I logged out, my app has been terrible. Like other users, it does not log me in properly, loads and lags, and I can’t evened or read any titles. It’s basically unusable right now and it’s such a shame because this was my go-to app. I deleted and reinstalled the app, cleared my cache, restarted my devices, etc. This makes me really mad that this is the latest version of the app because something is so clearly wrong. Will edit this review once things return back to normal.

    It’s a great app, I’ve been using it for around 7-ish years. When you do it’s tasks for free ink to buy chapters/support an author, at times I completed it but left the app or the app crashes it notices and send you a pop up saying you have unclaimed ink. I loved that feature. Lately I’ve been noticing that whenever I open a story it logs me out of the app or simply doesn’t load/takes FOREVER to load. At times it doesn’t even open which is so frustrating. Hopefully they fix it as it’s my only complaint.

    I really enjoy the stories on this app but for some reason lately the app won’t load or it keeps logging me out or my subscriptions to certain stories not load at all. I would open and close the app to see if it’s just the app crashing but it seems to not work doing that either. Instead of refreshing things it still won’t load. Like on Mondays I can’t get my fortune cookies for the week because it won’t load or show up at all. Please fix this so I can read again.

    Where is it. The app sends the notification for the Monday ink, I click it, yet I get no ink. I look in my inbox but it says that I have no gifts or anything. Please work on this because I’m tryna get my ink.

    I have use this app for about 2 years now.The content of the app is great sometimes it freeze but it’s because of my WiFi.The app have some problems but the mayor one is ink.You can get free ink but it cost a lot of time.I get ink by watching videos and playing games.I recommend this app a lot but if you have a bank account be careful.
