    I love it but when I am watching the shows it feels like an ad pops up every 5-10 minutes very frustrating it is also the same as over and over again never different ads just one ad every time and it is the same one every time.

    Watching the same ad about losing a dad to COVID over and over, followed by a suicide ad has really put my kids in a panic. The ads are insensitive and inappropriate and completely ruin the entire app experience.

    Love the access to shows, love that it’s free(mostly). HOWEVER! The ads. There is about 20 ads every time they take a break and that’s about every 5-7 minutes. The ads altogether take about 45 minutes and the show itself is about 25. It’s ridiculous. I understand they need ads to keep it free but for the love of Pete put less. I do not need to see 17 ads for a 2021 Corolla hybrid in a 20 minute show.

    There’s no reason I should finish my meal before all these ads are finished. I’ve had 10 ads pop up and some are minutes long in one “commercial” break. Sometimes there’s ads and something there isn’t. Please just pick one.

    Love the shows, really dislike the repeated ads. During one episode, there were 7 of the same commercials for mattress and at least 6 for Stella Rosa wine. Either get more sponsors or just don’t interrupt the shows as much please

    THIS APP NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. IT IS SO SLOW AND GIVES ME 8 ADS AFTER I ALREADY DID THE 30 SECOND AD. ALWAYS GLITCHING AND ALWAYS SLOW. THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THAT I CAN WATCH DANCE MOMS BUT NOT WITHOUT A CRAP LOAD OF STRESS!!!!!!!!!!!! IM F-ING DONE!!!!! NEVER USING THIS APP AGAIN

    This is an amazing app but there are some flaws like one bc I am using the app for free there are more ads than YouTube but you have access to most shows and there is a way that you can get it for free and unlock everything and that mean you need to chose your tv provider but that does not work so the app needs a little bit of adjustments but overall it is a pretty good app
