The fact this app hasn’t been updated in 4 years is evidence that ATT are no longer interested in DL! They invest nothing in it and the service is appalling. The watch app doesn’t work sometimes, you can’t set the alarm state any longer and it constantly logs you out . I’m shopping for a new system that developers support and is more cost effective.

This app is terrible. It shows the alarm is armed when it isn’t, and disarmed when in fact it is armed.
Front door lock used to be great with the realtime status of locked/unlocked. Lately it will update for a second or two and go back to the previous state. If the door is unlocked and then you lock it, the app will show unlocked...update...unlocked. Thats not the worse of it. Sometimes the door physically stays locked, and you can’t unlock it with the app. You have to forcefully twist the bolt lock to the unlock position ( the app is forcing it to stay locked) so you can exit the house. Hazardous condition much?
Wait, theres more! At random times you won't be able to log onto the app at all. You will have to open a browser and log in to the website to interact with your alarm system. This is the fix when I’ve talked to the technicians and tech support. Use a browser.
I guess there isn’t an app for that.

This app has most of what you would want in a home security app, like being able to turn the alarm on and off and view your camera. But there are so many times where it won’t connect to yoursystem that you cannot depend on it to be usable when you need it. The Apple Watch app almost never works. It requires you to constantly type your password into your phone to log in (which eliminates the usefulness of the watch app) and even then I’d say it only connects 1 out of 10 times.

I have no issue with the service we receive. My issue is 100% this horrible app.
My husband seems to have no issues like I do with this app and he is the policy holder on the account. Let’s start at the least annoying this this app does: logs only me out. This is annoying because it only seems to log me out when I use the app more.
The next annoying thing this app does (or doesn’t) cameras don’t connect with the app well. They constantly take 5 minutes to load.
The most ANNOYING thing this app does is nothing responds!!! I will try to open or close our garage door and get no response. I will ask it to disarm the house with no such luck. I’m constantly on WiFi so data and strength of signal shouldn’t be an issue. I just get frustrated with trying to make it work.
Sold House. Moved. Please stop all correspondence & billing.

This app is TERRIBLE...you guys should be ashamed of yourself‼️
How is this company, one of the top for cellular and entertainment services but can’t make a decent, reliable security app...that actually works‼️
The app is always frozen, glitchy and extremely laggy...this can be dangerous if you are in an emergency situation and need to get into the house quickly‼️💯
