This app is great! I’ve had it for years now and absolutely love it!! It connects extremely well with other Garmin apps, but also with external apps (I share data with MyFitnessPal and Strava). I only had an issue once with the app which was quickly resolved after contacting their support line. Garmin as a whole is an excellent brand that makes a superior product and clearly has their customer in mind when making decisions for the future. I am and always will be a Garmin supporter!
  • Better than the Apple Watch

Highly suggest, for those who are into fitness. Not just for show, this won’t be comparable to the Apple Watch for texting and those types of apps however, If you want a watch for strictly fitness, this is it.

Cannot even connect watch because on iPhone 11 the keyboard to type in the 6 digit pin will not appear.
  • Terrible software

I like my watch a lot, and have used Garmin for 10+ years. But their software is bad, and always has been. In the mobile era that’s nearly unacceptable. Double entries in apple Health, App doesn’t work over lte, crashes, useless stats. It goes on and on. Thinking about finally using Apple Watch full time.
  • Watch and app will not sync.

I keep having to remove and reinstall the app. Bluetooth is on but they’re not syncing and this is getting old. Week 2. Blue tooth is enabled and my phone says it’s connect to the 735xt. The watch will not connect to blue tooth therefore will not sync to Garmin connect. At this point I don’t know if it’s a Watch problem Garmin connect problem or a problem with my phone. Please tell me how to fix this.
  • Unable to connect “poor connection”

My phone says that I can’t connect to it because of poor connection. I have perfect WiFi. Others have the same problem. Not sure what’s going on. I deleted the app and powered off my phone and tried again but it doesn’t work still.

The Garmin app is usually good but today it is writing all my activities again and again to my Apple Health. It rewrites every time I close out the app and then open it. All my previous activities are in Apple Health 10-14 times. Now I gotta go in and delete these. Uninstalled and reinstalled and no change. Garmin please fix this bug asap!

I like everything about Connect except your newest update won’t let my Garmin 230 report Weather. It is only available for a minute or two after a manual sync.
