Takes up a lot of CPU and memory.
  • Blows up cpu usage

This app will occasionally use 100% CPU until I quit it. It'll cause my computer to hyperventilate. Others online seem to have reported the bug, but there isn't a solution other than restaring the app. I'd recommend just not installing it.

I first downloaded Todoist at the end of high school, and I'm 3 weeks away from graduating college early. Todoist got me through four research labs, my honors thesis, and far too many extra curricular committments. There have been times when my use of the app waned, or I tied out different tools, but in the end I've always come back to Todoist. It's a simple, easy to use interface, and can be adapted to a variety of projects and goals.
  • annoyingly easy to accidentally move a task into another task

I keep trying to move a task, and accidentally moving it into another task, and then there's seemingly no way to move it out, extremely annoying, given re-ordering is a common activity
  • Easy and Dependable Every Day

Because of the ease of use and cross-device compatibility, this app has become critical in my day-to-day functioning. Every time I make a commitment or remember something I'm responsible for I grab my phone, enter it quickly, and then sort them all out at work. If it wasn't so easy to use, I wouldn't use it.
  • Great little app

I haven't even begun to leveage the full capabilties of this fine little app! For task managing power-users, I think you'll find this app does everything you need. And it's constantly being improved and updated. I used Wunderlist. Then it was bought by Microsoft and re-branded as Microsoft To Do. It wasn't flexible enough. Then one day I read a book called, "To-Do List Formula." The author mentioned Todoist. And I haven't looked back.

I've used so many different apps to organize myself and I finally found one that actually saved me time and works the way I want it to. I now use the business version with the rest of the members of my work team. I've never had a better handle on things than I do now with the help of Todoist. Anyone considering this app should give it a shot.
