    Im gonna guess and say that half of the 1 star reviews are from kids who got scammed, when you play this game, there are no goals for you to complete, just get rich and richer. You can choose to make friends along the way but theres a good chance that youre gonna get backstabbed by them. The servers sometime go under maintenance a lot but if youre at least 16 years old, you shouldnt be bothered by it. I’ve been playing this game for maybe 5 to 7 years and the game is pretty solid. Only reason why it isn”t 5 stars is because the community, the community goes apeshit at every opportunity they get and anyone in the game with over 5 dls has a huge ego, if you so much as call someone a noob, they’ll just start spamming “lol” like its 2017 and make fun of your divorced parents. The game is overall pretty good.

    Thanks Ubisoft for making the game truly fun, I enjoyed wasting my money just to get my YinYang pendant scammed, also eff you for not making the game prevent scams. This bloody game doesn’t care about your feelings. Play PixelPlanet instead.

    I’ve been playing this game for around 5 years, starting in 2015, Though I’ve recently played less, I never plan to leave this game, I’ve have good experiences, and bad, who hasn’t? But nonetheless, I’ve stuck through it, and I plan to continue to stick to it. This game has been with me and I’ve been with it.     GrowID: FirstAidKitt A former OG player here, over the first few years of the game, i’ve met so much friends here. Honestly would thank the og mods cause not only did they do their jobs, they were very supportive, to say the least. not trying to offend any staff members, but i’ve recently seen mods only pay attention to famous people. if you got scammed, they would ignore. none of the less, I love this game! i still remember my first friend lucy, good times. this game is really fun if you make friends and spread positivity. i never scammed, and i never will. i respect everyone’s opinions about the game. the servers have been very unstable lately, it’d be better if the moderators try to find bugs. thank you for giving me 7 years of happiness. (smile)

    When you first play the game, it’s not too bad. There’s farming and many ways to get money. You have a lot of fun playing it. However, the bad things in the game definitely weigh out the good things. For example, the people. Most of them don’t even know basic math and you can’t trust any of them unless you know them in real life. A lot of them don’t even speak English. Another thing you’ll experience are things like the amount of players in worlds are capped at 60 so it would be hard to join worlds you want to. Also, maintenance breaks are absolutely annoying. They take hours. Oh and the lag/delay.... don’t even get me started. Some of them time, lag is not even based on your device or WiFi, I’ve been to some worlds where everyone is lagging similarly. In addition, it’s almost impossible to buy expensive items without losing world locks. Every time I buy an expensive item the price is always changing and most of them time it drops instead of rises. Playing the game is basically only fun if you’re rich or you have friends in real life that play it. Other than that, you’ll have a lot of time doing nothing and joining random worlds.

    I started playing Growtopia around 2014 and this is the only game that I keep on coming back to play even after all this time. I love playing the WOTD worlds and other unique parkour worlds. I have come to a point where I don’t even wanna get rich in the game and only log in to play parkours. It gets a little boring sometimes because many parkour worlds are the same but the WOTD worlds makes up for it. Lol. One thing I will say is that, you have to be super careful about who to trust in the game. Never trust anyone in the game!!! Unless they are your friends(real life not in game). I have been scammed a lot and I have learned my lesson.

    Do something wrong. Permanent ban. Do something right, false permanent ban. I enjoy the game ‘so much’ that I even ban evade, perhaps I’ll get banned again soon. However, recently, my alternate account was banned for seven days instead of permanent, I wonder if there’s a degree for punishments.

    Growtopia is a fantastic game but the amount of times I get scammed is horrible and that’s why I quit .

    Hackers and scammers win the game, casino hosters win the game, account sellers win the game. Legit players all tryna have fun and trade go to worlds just to see semi naked man spamming about casino. My suggestion = find a way to block spam // afk bot
