    I’m very dissatisfied with this game. Help from storm8 is very difficult to get. I’m so disappointed in the collection event, it’s impossible to get the pet prize. sure, u get lots of the other prizes, but who wants 10 mailboxes? Many of my neighbors have quit playing the event because you just can’t win and it’s so frustrating. THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE WAS A JOKE. THE SHOW PONIES SOLD AT THE REGULAR PRICE OF 2000 GEMS. THE BLACK SHOW PONY AND THE WHITE SHOW PONY WERE BOTH ADVERTISED AS A LIMITED PRICE OF 2000 GEMS DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE.....THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE IS OVER AND THOSE TWO PONIES ARE STILL SELLING FOR 2000 GEMS BUT NO LONGER LIMITED? This was not a sale. You took advantage of players. You should be ashamed. With the COVID-19 effecting everyone’s livelihood, I would have thought you would have been kinder to your clientele. The new show pony stable......3000 gems??? Outrageous

    I have been playing the game for years. With a level 71 clearly I have put a lot of time into the game. But with the new ads before you can send things. That is really frustrating. I do like the events but there is no time between them. One ends to another starts. You can’t build up items and then all the events items go to the barn. If they fix a few things and took away the ads it would be a 5 star yet again.

    It’s a great game but a few things • Make an extra storage for the event items; STOP filling our barns with stuff we most likely don’t use! •FIX GLITCH! Small glitch but you’re supposed to get leaderboard points when crafting at the windmill and I never get any points when I craft or collect from the windmill. Please fix. ~ I get leadership points for everything else (finished orders, collecting and feeding pigs, harvesting boiler, etc) ADDED: also can you add more to the quests? They definitely are not worth it. Why? Here’s why A simple quest (one I have now) I get 200 coins. Wanna know how many hours it will take theoretically? If I got on EVERY single time something was done? Well good, because I’ve done the math. So.. cinnamon buns. They need: •1 cinnamon powder (not sure if that’s the name) •1 flour •2 sugars •1 whip cream (or whatever it is) Theoretically, everything you need to use is empty. The powder is 30 minutes and comes from bed and breakfast. The flour is 20 minutes in the windmill. Then we have 2 sugars (10 min) which are also from the windmill so we have to wait for all to finish to get all of them which is another 30 minutes. Then we have the whip from the dairy which is also another 30 minutes. But like I said they are all empty so that’s only 30 minutes for all to be complete. Then we have the additional cinnamon bun which is 45 minutes. Now we are 75 minutes in and now only have 1 out of the 10 buns she needs. So 75x10=750 750 minutes divided by 60 is 12.5. So that takes half a day to finish. NOW. Let’s get realistic. You need to finish your orders because.. duh. And maybe you somehow found time for the truck deliveries. So ALL your main building are all busy and have to wait for something to finish. That’s over 22 and a half hours and that’s depending on what your cooking. Also if you need to farm, that time isn’t included. So it could take a long while. So.. 200 coins sound worthy? Oh HELL no. What’s a realistic amount? Well I say around 2,000 coins AT LEAST. or about 100+ leadership points. OR 4 gems. OR a few of each things needed for upgrades or moving objects (boards, nails, screws, shovels, saws, etc) and at least 1 of three types. Example being: 1 shovel 1 nail 1 paint 1saw for ONE quest. So much work gets put in for nothing for those quests. Every single one takes multiple days since you still need to finish deliveries and other stuff. It’s very disappointing and quite frankly I wish I could just delete the quests because they are so worthless. Please fix it to make them worth time.

    I loved this game for the first 13 levels. Then I got to level 14 and suddenly I started getting goals for things that are in future levels and therefore I cannot complete them yet. I can’t deliver anything because all the sales include items not available to me yet and therefore I can’t gain enough exs to go up a level. I don’t know if this is a bug or if the game is really like this — if it is, it’s incredibly poorly planned.

    This could be a great game. But be aware that you will not be able to continue to play this game without spending a lot of money. By level 14 you need to buy at least 12 things at the same time. And you can’t move on without these plants and machines. Also during their events they fill your barn up with stuff you can’t get rid of. The event is over and I have over 50 things left in my barn and don’t know how to get rid of it. Unless you’re rich don’t play this game.

    I had this game years ago. I recently downloaded it again and installed it on my iPhone 7. There are many issues with the app that don’t make sense. Why do items show up in your buildings that your level doesn’t allow you to get ingredients for in order to make? Why do you get orders for some of those items, which you aren’t able to even purchase the ingredients to make? Also, recently having an issue where the screen gets dark and I have to close the app and wait for a period of time for it to appear visible again. It was much easier to get land when I had it years ago. Now, the game drops seasonal challenge items instead which fill up your barn storage. Very annoying!

  • Halloween bags

    Keep getting in your barn and you can’t sell or delete them. Support is no help and forum is useless. This is the first time this has happened. There are no costumes to put in bags and I’m about ready to quit because there is no ‘help’ just insults.
