    TC is essentially a scam. It is not a true streaming service. If you want to watch live tennis, you can do so ONLY is you also subscribe to one of TC’s approve cable providers; otherwise, you’re relegated to watching old matches. TC doesn’t tell you this when you pay more than $100 per year to subscribe (with no monthly option available). Worse, if you don’t realize their deception within 24 hours, you’re screwed, as their policy is to deny even partial refunds after that. Try reasoning with their insolent online reps and you’ll be met with a brick wall. What a rip-off!!!

    I get TC through my cable subscription. But sometimes I like to watch on my iPad. When I open the app, it always asks me to sign in with my provider— even when I am watching at home with my provider’s WiFi. Today, I had to sit through 5 ads to get the livestream for regular TC — and then it would not actually link me to the livestream. My WiFi is working fine. I gave the app 2 stars because when it works (and I used to be able to use it on hotel WiFi), it does what its supposed to do. It just doesn’t always work.

    So let me get this straight - I pay for a subscription in the app AND I pay for my cable subscription and when I login I have to sit through SEVERAL MINUTES of ads? And then MORE ads in the middle play?? When the ads complete, I see a “We’ll be right back” message when I know play is going on because I’m comparing to my cable feed on TV. This is an atrocious way to treat your customers. This subscription will be my last.

    If we are paying to watch after work, because some of us do not have cushy life’s like your sucker commentators wouldn’t be nice if the commentators don’t give us ALL the scores of the matches we have not watch!!! I do not forever, I mean within the same freaking day!!!! The commentators talk and talk and talk u til the have nothing to say but the freaking scores. Plus your freaking bottom line also gives you the scores!!! Come on Man!!!! Worse app and channel ever!!!

    Apple needs to step up and stop,providing this app. The app is crap and support nonexistent. Apple should step up and see to it all dissatisfied customers get their money back from this fraudulent app. Show some integrity apple, look at he reviews - this brigs down apples reputation for allowing it on their site.

    I (regretfully) bought the Tennis Channel Plus subscription for a massive $110, and every single important match is excluded. Important tournaments like Rolland Garros are blocked out but so are smaller ones like ATP Vienna. So what are we paying for exactly? Absolutely nothing! Total waste of money. Single worst app I have ever come across and by far the biggest ripoff. This should be illegal.

    You can never connect to your cable subscription to stream free content. I’ve tried several times over the years and even wasted some time with their customer service. Totally worthless, should be removed from App Store for wasting the time of millions (or more likely hundreds) of people. The ATP app has most of the same content and it actually works

    No water what I try I payed the $100 + for TC Plus and now I can’t get the regular tennis channel that I had through my provider package and forget about TCPlus. Basically took my money and ran. Stay away. Ripoff

    I am subscribed to the Tennis Channel through my cable provider. When I login with my cable provider information, the app doesn’t play any live video. This is a ploy by the Tennis Channel to get people to buy TC Plus - completely cruel.
