We absolutely love this app. Our son has used it for two years and his math skills are two grades ahead of his peers. My only gripe is the weird updates to the app. Out of the blue we could not access the old version was splash math only. So we started using splash learn. we were stuck without some of the games and additional skill levels that were available in splash math. Then 3-4 days ago we log in and have the newest version of splash learn which has the new reading component. Again, truly loved this feature and a pleasant surprise. I logged out for a brief moment as my payment was updating and when I logged back it looks like we are back in the old splash math platform with out the new reading component which we really wanted to use. It’s so frustrating
  • Customer service unresponsive, changes took away features we used

I am a paying monthly subscriber & have used splash math for years. Recently, the app updated and is now called splash learn. All of the organization is different than it was before and I can’t find the modules I need or see any of the reports I used to easily access. On top of that, I have contacted customer service and received NO response AT ALL. I am beyond irritated that an amazing product was ruined by the latest update & is now useless without support, which this company is not willing to provide! Move on and find another learning app. This one is not worth investing in any more!!

My 3 year old daughter is in love with the new update. She can’t stop playing the games. She is also learning her addition and subtraction. Way to go. Thanks so much. I would highly recommend this app to anyone with kids.

I’m having a hard time getting information. Each time I go to another link it is another answer, but none of the links I went to answered my questions. My child loves this program. The teacher is helping him with math through your program. I saw that you also have a reading part, as well. I’d like for him to use that too. He loves the math part. I’m hoping the reading part will go well too. I have a coupon for 20% but it keeps taking me to the math only. I want the yearly membership to reading and math. Also, somehow he has 3 or 4 different accounts. One is through his teacher which is connected to his class, but I want to have his own account that I pay for linked to a parent account to see his progress. Any help would be appreciated Thank you
