    If you want to cancel there is no way to do that on their platform. You have to email them and wait for someone to hopefully cancel your account. Absolute joke. Don’t waste your time with this company. Very unprofessional except when they are trying to sell you the program.

    Lacks basic copy and paste functions for phone numbers No force touch on phone number to allow tech to choose our phone system app to call with. Techs need to be able to mask their phone number with main corporate number, your addresses even allow my to choose my maps app. Need same functionality for phones

  • Not User Friendly At All

    Keeping trying to log-in online and it keeps kicking me to the app. App will not properly integrate with Google Calendar. What is the point of integrating if I can’t integrate on my appointments. Support is very bad took me over 20 minutes to be able to talk to somebody. One of the worst CRM’s I have every used. Look into Monday it is much better!

    This is my now go to CRM I spent at least 500-1000$ in useless software that wasn’t able to meet my expectations, there are a few quirks like not having instant withdrawals until 10 transactions and some features I’d love to see but other than that the price is well worth it. You won’t find all the features Housecall has anywhere else. I highly recommend this for any tradesman big or small like myself.

    So far I love the app. Just have a few snags I hope HCP will address in the future. Have the ability to do proposals, estimates and maintenance agreements form the phone/iPad app.

    Giving 1 star review cuz they have terrible customer support I have a problem to login in the system from my PC I’m existing client and when I try to login in I’ve got message “You do not have permission to access this page. Please contact your admin” I asked my admin and he doesn’t know what needs to be changed. I tried to write in the chat about my problem, but they told me that they did not see my name and could not verify me to help me and ask me to return to House call pro Dashboard and write to the chat from there so that they can verify me. But I can not login in!! I can login into House Call Pro from my self phone, but there is no chat! And I can not login into House Call Pro from my PC, already reset password. Also if I have message “You do not have permission to access this page. Please contact your admin” when I’m trying to login in it means my login and password are correct!
