    Do not update! Total disaster! Delete v6.4.0. It’s garbage on all devices, iPad or iPhones. Worst of all, we’re paying for this garbage!

    The full site on Windows works just fine. The IOS app is junk. Been trying off and on for several months to get a reasonably accurate synch but always tells me one or more accounts need attention. Which they don’t. Have read numerous reviews that point out the same issue. So I delete the app, try it again a few months later, get frustrated and delete again. Groundhog Day.

    Been using Quicken desktop software over twenty years and every two three years I revisit Quicken app to see if it has developed any better. It amazes me how the developers can’t get this right on the app with desktop version. Here are the issues: 1. Extremely slow; it slows down the actual desktop software so bad each transaction takes a while to proceed on the desktop, forget about the syncing process you keep staring at the screen minutes after minutes. 2. Accounts are inaccurate compared to the desktop. Always some sort of an error message during syncing. 3. If you have many accounts (We have about 40) good luck waiting almost 10 minutes to get the app/software syncing/functioning. If you have a handful of accounts it could be faster I think. So wait continues, I’ll check the app again 2-3 years from now. 2 stars for the effort otherwise this is still useless.

    I don’t know how this app can be rated so highly as it is full of bugs, constantly freezes or shuts down and doesn’t perform half the tasks they promise. Contacted support so many times and they don’t respond. Sure, the app is “free” but completely unusable unless you BUY the desktop software too (which I have). But don’t waste your money. The app is damaged beyond repair. It’s takes 10 minutes to enter a new transaction and wait for it to upload to the cloud...if you’re lucky and don’t receive an error saying it’s temporarily unable to connect to Quicken Cloud which happens multiple times a day. HUGE disappointment!
