    Seems like I’m just buying chips anymore. No big wins. If you have a wheel with 10 spots, how can it stop on the losing spot so often? I realize it’s gambling, but even those odds are totally jacked for the house. You gotta gets winner occasionally but you never do. I’m going to look for something else to pass my time. Spending too much money on this.

    This slot game has no excitement, this is coming from the viewpoint of an long term player. No big wins, no bonus features, simply NOTHING. The games use basic shared graphics and zero interaction with the player. They made some changes in the spring that brought back the thrill of winning. However the latest updates provide zero chance of being able to complete any of the challenges and will quickly exhaust all your chips. Trust me, I had a stash in the range of 6 billion chips, in about 1hr of playing with a 5 million bet the chips were all gone. I believe in runs of bad luck but this is a developer programmed chip reduction. Since then 3 times I’ve started with about 200 million chips and follow the rules of the challenge, usually about 2-3 million per spin and before I succeed I’m broke and then they make a sad offer of 13,000,000 chips for $5. Wait..... I just used 200,000,000 in 15 min so for $5 I get 7 spins. HaHaHaHa. Funnier yet is the fact they want me to believe I could hit one of the bonuses or jackpots to get a windfall. I’m not kidding goto the local casino there is a better chance of having fun and actually getting rich! In summary, the “free” rewards are basic things you can easily buy for less then the money it will cost playing the games. Also keep in mind, I’ve been to almost all the casinos they have offers in and the freebies are not free.

    I played for a long time and had loyalty points close to a million. I was saving up for some awesome stays. During the pandemic I deactivated my Facebook and I got away from playing games on my phone. I tried to load up myVEGAS app again and there isn’t any way to restore any purchases or progress. So I’m just sitting here with an account with 8000 loyalty points. Super disappointed that there isn’t a way to restore my stuff.
