    Concept is fine. Implementation is horrendous. Payment section loops endlessly to log in and 2 factor authentication. Which means I can’t do anything.

    Nice applications and options. Top notch and I love they role out new statistics landlords can use to see how impact full or effective their marketing is and all other stuff. Plus it takes my ad and feeds it to the world with no assist on my end! Good job.

    They locked out my account in the middle of a lease signing for security reasons. They said I need to provide proof that I own the property, which I did, but now support is not answering my emails. Why do they not ask these questions when you create the listing instead of waiting until you are in the middle of lease signing? I will now have to find another solution and have my prospective tenants sign the lease again. Also, I had multiple people have issues with the rental application. Either they did not receive the application link or they had trouble submitting it.

  • Junk tenants not worth $10 a month

    Although lots of tenants most of them are junk, don’t respond back or have really bad credit. Zillow is trying to figure out how to make money by charging tenants for applications now brokers and owners for weekly post. Glad apartments.com and Facebook will soon be better options.

    This app needs some serious review. It has so many annoying issues, like when you archive a message and then all of them disappear so you have to completely exit and reopen the app. If I didn’t absolutely have to utilize this app, I wouldn’t. Please fix the bug issues and the issues that exists between this and the 3D tour app communication.
