Some years back this app was my first experience with half marathon training, and truth be told I liked it over other ones because of its focus on distance rather than time based goals. However for as long as I can remember now the app has been broken, unable to track my distance regardless of how I tinker or toy with the application’s settings, forcing me to move on to other apps. Additionally there is now a weird glitch wherein the voice is slow and slurred. I wish the app worked like it used to, but it seems that as time has gone on maintaining its quality on the iPhone has fallen to the wayside.

I actually love this app & the program is working for me but it is not tracking my mileage & therefore I am not seeing my pace. There is no way to connect my location to the app so that it will track my mileage/pace

I have used two other active apps and they really worked well. This app has shutdown my MapMyRun and pandora music during runs. If I use the app by itself o can’t have music and if I use the other app to track my time and pace I cannot manually input the numbers. Not impressed.
  • Difficult to change. No visual cues.

I barely can understand the automated robot voice. No cues to start which would have been good to know. I had to recalibrate my settings mid run as I realized I was the one setting the pace. Disappointed! Also as of a week ago the app talks all slow, doesn’t calibrate or keep distance. I have to use Run App by UA. It’s a bummer. Not sure what happened?!!

Where is it? I pull my phone out of my pouch, and I have heard nothing on my headphones - nothing has chimed through to say “start running.” I am going to assume this is my error ... but this has happened before when I had all the proper settings ... very aggravating ... the Couch to 5K app is much better.

Love the app, you can choose your level of current running experience. Than gives 12 week plan and really love it! Wish it told you incline and stopped what you were listening to for your pace, time etc.

I typically run and watch tv/do not hold phone. app is not capable (can record distance but not time— would be helpful if you could). a lot missing for an app you pay for

Like the app, as a new runner training for 1/2 marathon. Wish it would pause my Spotify to give me updates though

The pros: simplified controls, results, and good pacing for training for a half. The opportunities: let me manually add distances and times for when I am running on a treadmill. At times the program seems to get impatient with my pace and shuts down before distance goals are met.
