    Since Ive downloaded the Peloton app, Ive been so much more motivated and consistent in keeping up with my exercise routine. The variety of classes and instructors is amazing. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in regards to search functions. Filters help narrow down classes but there’s currently no ability to search for a specific class (ie: Cody’s Backstreet Boys ride). Music can be filtered by a broad category but there isn’t anyway to search a specific artist and see what classes they’re featured in. I believe these are functions if you own the actual bike or treadmill but it would be amazing to have this as a separate app feature. I’d also love to have an option to queue up my work outs so I can smoothly transition from warm up to workout to cool down without having to go back to the menu and find what I’m looking for to continue my workout.

  • Poor QA before release

    Updates regularly have bugs that are not cleared before release. Still in unable to get regular share screen back on iPhone despite deletions and reinstalls. Latest release/redesign has no ability to update workout history/calendar without quitting and relaunching app. Active days is counting inactive days. Do better.
  • Latest update killed Apple Watch heart rate again

    They did an update that fixed the issue with Apple Watch and heart rate not syncing. This latest update killed it again. The first 10-12 minutes, no heart rate readings. Deleting and re-installing the app, restoring the watch, and restarting both watch and phone prior to workout did not fix. It’s so frustrating.

    The only thing that could make this app better would be to be able to connect to my own smart trainer - kickr ... otherwise I am really enjoying the workouts!

  • Good workouts, bad UX

    Tons of options and good instructors/classes, but the navigation/ux is mediocre and annoying Specifically: - Horizontal scrolling to browse is super annoying on mobile - unable to select multiple criteria in a filter category (ex pilates AND barre workouts) - no typing search feature - no easy way to navigate to active program or collection you want to access or save without manually scrolling through a random list - no way to view saved workouts”...if there is I don’t know where it is - easily able to accidentally unfollow someone when you really just want to look at their profile

    The App was amazing in April and May 2020. As of June 2010, the App has been freezing, skipping and not recording metrics during classes. It’s extremely frustrating to do a 30 minute run and the metrics show .31 for mileage. Please update the App.

    I have a regular spin bike (gym grade) and use the app all the time. It’s awesome and I love it. I do have a Garmin and did gym spin for years so I can follow cadence, zones etc. I also love the stretching and strength classes. Well worth the 12.99$ a month especially with limited time and pandemic.
