    This has been a fun and interesting game. I finally have reached level 102, and am on Lilith the huntress quest. I have completed 12 of the 15 quest. But I cannot even start the 13th quest because it has not even been developed and released as of yet. I contacted the game help desk and they said the developers are working on getting the additional quest completed and released as quickly as they can. 🧐🤔😒.

    I have bought many games from big fish to include their deluxe version of hidden object games with real plot. This game has a flimsy plot and asks for $15 minimum to buy more gold pieces or gems. And sad part is the $15 may just be enough to get through one stage just to go to another scene which requires a lot more good pieces to unlock. Networking feature stinks as it is not clear how to find Facebook friends who also play to add them. Someone found me on the site who is level 126 while I am merely at level 43 so at least I have one person to trade with. Have not dropped a penny on this game and hope they end this and make either an affordable follow on or sequel to the awakening series.

    I have loved playing this game very much for years and always enjoy play hours after work. But it suddenly crashed, couldn’t open anymore since last month, I have tried to update it then click the icon but it only goes back to home page. I do not remember my game account #, does anyone know how to help on this kind issue?

    I have been playing this game (to the point of obsession) for years and years. I had stockpiled huge amounts of coin and diamonds. Your last updated RUINED EVERYTHING!!!!!! Game won't open now, no matter what I do. I've even deleted the entire thing (which made me sick to my stomach) reinstalled and THE GAME WON'T OPEN. I'm obviously not the only one experiencing this problem. So, what's your plan, developers? Fix this? Leave us all hanging? So many of us say that they've been playing/enjoying this game for years. Is this just over? -Sad and Disgusted

    Waste of time, money, energy. 2 years ago: Updated the game and now it won't open. Thought it was my device but all my other games open. I love the game, please try and fix it. Took a few months but more updates fixed the issue. This year: Update resulted in no access to game at all! Tried contacting customer service, they suggested I do everything I had already done. Customer Service no longer bothers to respond to my emails. Have been playing since January 2015, now unable to play since game no longer opens. Additional updates didn't work. What a waste. Dropped from 4 stars to 1, really frustrated.
