The free-trial subscription begins immediately but it won’t be billed until the free trial period is over. Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the free trial period.     I’ve had this app now for a couple years and it use to work great. Just recently the app stopped sending and receiving messages consistently. I hope they fix it.

    The concept of this app is great but it doesn’t work properly. When have a number the messages never go thru. Now the app won’t open. When you use help and send a message they NEVER respond. There shouldn’t even be a help option if the developers NEVER assist.

    I was once in love with this app. I downloaded an update on last night and now all I get is a blank white screen when I try to open it . If I delete the app I will lose all of my data. NOT worth what it cost. I tried to go to the developer page for app assistance and all I get is a black screen. Don't waste your money. Find something else!!!

    I purchased an unlimited plan with one-year auto renewal for $99. I ran out of minutes. My only option was to purchase a refill for $7.99 which is 200 minutes/200 texts. There is NO option to purchase a large refill (3000 minutes/unlimited texts). Apparently this is because I opted for auto-renewal. This makes no sense whatsoever. If you intend to use this for a large volume of calls, only do the one-time purchase or pick another app. Also, good luck on figuring out the minutes and texts included in each plan because it’s not disclosed in the user agreement at all. I find this to be very deceptive. Update: I did as requested. I received no response from customer service.

    This app is great for sending message and pictures...when it’s working. About once a month it inexplicably goes down and is impossible to open. It’s usually back up after a few hours but it’s extremely annoying when it all the sudden just stops working.

    I’ve had this app a long time, I’ve put allot into full version every year and every other month it’s something, this time....pictures won’t send and when you try to send them they go to several people at once in multiples (no, not sending bad pics) hate this app for so many reasons, only keep it because of the level of privacy.... and once again, the stupid app isn’t working!!
