    I literally just but this app a few days ago. I used it the first day after purchase and it worked perfectly but now it is not even working. I am not even sure who to contact. Cos I feel I just got ripped off.

    A good DDx app is needed and this is not it. You can get a list of potential causes of a symptom and that’s about it. Can’t drill down to narrow the scope. No links to explain more details about conditions. The preview only allows a few things to be viewed so you’ll most likely need the in-app purchase to see your condition.

    I have been waiting for the upgrade now for a year but I was disappointed to know that you have to buy it again full price with no upgrade price for previous customers.
