    I got a new I pad and downloaded the game thinking everything would come over like every other game but but of course the dissatisfaction and disappointment when it made me restart the whole game. It’s still where I left off on my phone but not the iPad. It’s crazy every other game in my account came over with no problem. So word of advice don’t try to download or play this game on any other I guess this game isn’t advanced enough to keep up with everyone else. The game is really fun but this is a bummer and a blah feeling towards the game.

    I love this game and it’s fun but once I linked it with my Facebook it’s frozen. I will not let me collect coins or clams. I can’t complete quests. Please help me I want to keep playing but it’s becoming a problem

    I played this game for five years then had to stop because the game kept crashing after ten seconds. I just recently revisited the game to see if this changed. It hasn’t. Can you please figure out what is causing this and fix it so everyone can play this fun game again? Thanks

    Why haven’t you fixed the crashing problem? It has been going on for a year. Thanks for fixing Consuela’s vacuum, finally ,but you still need to fix the crashing problem. I won’t get into how long it takes to earn a character (forever if you even do) or money. I will leave that to others. They have covered it. Fix the crashing and I will give you two more ⭐️. Make it quicker to earn the characters and I will give you the other ones.

    The vacuum is back but the game is practically unplayable. I’ve changed the settings to be lower pixel quality thinking that would help it not crash every 3 minutes but that doesn’t help. I don’t know what else to do. From clearing my cache to uninstall and reinstall Its becoming more of a chore to play this game and whatever fun I have had is quickly disappearing. If you’re new to the game I would find something else to play
