So far DHL, DPD, Fedex, and UPS provide delivery forecasts. • Live tracking: Keep track of the delivery van via GPS in real time. (Premium) • Who has my package: If your shipment has been left with your neighbor, ParcelTrack tells you who has your package.     I mailed my package out from Indiana to Georgia end of November and for some reason it went to Iowa then traveled to Atlanta and still HAS not arrived . I keep getting told it’s because of covid no it’s because of laziness!

    Been using PT for a few years now and lately without even updating the app just started crashing. I’ve emailed the devs 5 times already with zero response. Not cool at all and I’m pretty disappointed. I bought the premium version and expected at the very least a reply about my issue.

    I don’t let you track a lot of packages, wants you to pay, wants to verify my account for idk what reason, doesn’t just wants me to purchase the in app version. Other than that I think it’s a good app.

  • Tracking has gotten spotty

    This used to be a 5-star app, but for the last six months or so, it often doesn’t seem to pull the most current tracking info. I frequently find this app showing that USPS is waiting for a package, but if I go to the tracking details through Amazon, the package has not only been received by USPS, but has been logged at several additional locations along the way to me. This is true of other delivery services and/or shippers as well. This app isn’t helpful if it doesn’t give me current info.

    This app lets you manually enter all the tracking info you have, only to block the ability to track more than 1 package at a time. What a toxic design. The other packages get “queued” and won’t update you until the SINGLE package it’s tracking is delivered. GARBAGE.

  • Missing a couple features. Developer may be gone

    Now that notifications work again, the app is back to being pretty good. It tracks packages and the like. The developer may be out of business; their website shows only a legal notice and there are no indications of any more updates. Missing the ability to open a tracking number on the courier’s website, dark mode, and can’t track Amazon packages. Some packages can’t be marked as delivered for some reason. Notifications (and information updates) are slower than courier’s, so it’s mainly for keeping everything in the same place, and not for knowing when packages have arrived on the door.
