    I cannot sign in as admin. I have tried everything. And trying to report the problem is like looking in circles on the websites u have to install to update everything even tho they r all connected. It’s just nuts. No wonder why I erased the apps yrs ago. Ugh.

  • Great tool but a headache for service businesses

    I operate a business where services take place at customer homes so I did not want my home address listed for customers to show up any time. I have it marked as a service area business but removed my address. The next day I was notified that my account had been suspended due to suspicious activity. They suggest that you fix the issue and then request reinstatement. The issue is that you can’t make changes due to access being restricted. On top of that, the site says it can take up to three weeks for reinstatement. Fortunately, I still work another job but I can see how this could be detrimental to business owners and possibly halt any new business. What’s also frustrating is that I pay for the domain name and my website through google has also been removed. I don’t fully understand why they cant just require review for an address change but I may just be missing something.

    They do not authenticate their reviewers, random people that have no idea about your business get to puncture your page and google allows it. Not a company I want to associate my name with. I have been trying to remove my page, however they won’t allow me to leave. Sad customer care.

    This app is worthless as that anyone can go on and leave negative feedback even if they have not been to your business. My wife has a hair salon in Virginia and people from Arizona can get on in which we have no idea who they are and negatively impact your ratings. The people at google will do nothing to remove a review without a comment which is very pathetic. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

    Someone got mad at an employee, found out where he worked and left us a horrid fake review. We flagged it and pointed out it broke half of Google own policies. They said it's a ok post. No more money to Google via ads and pay per clicks. This cancel culture is getting out of hand and big tech is enabling it.
