    Let way too many people in the park jacked up the express line prices and it was in disarray! The hulk area was chaos and no one pays attention to the 6 feet rule and does not seem to be reinforced. Will not be back

    Just an honest warning. Stay away during the pandemic. You will get to the park and it will be at capacity when it opens. I get the precautions but they will continue to sell tickets even though they are at capacity. We brought our tickets a month ago! Just a word to the wise don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else and enjoy your vacation! Unless you like sitting in a standby line for your vacation! Plus when you get in, a lot of the attractions are closed. You have been warned.

    My family and I recently visited the park, as we went thought the check point and headed towards the moving sidewalks our grand daughter stated to take off her mask and was complaining that it was to tight n it smell funny (it was a little kiddy one from the doctors office) My husband who had previously noticed that he had an extra mask proceeded to remove his to give it to her at that moment one of the guards approached us very rudely and told him he has to leave because he didn’t have a mask😳my husband was trying to explain that his granddaughter was very bothered by her small mask and he was giving her his the guard was very rude and continued to walk behind us tell us we have to leave so yes my husband did get upset and yelled at him to leave us alone this was a very bad scene that could have been avoided if the guard was caring and respectful. We understand that some people are very full of fear and are paranoid which shows through their words and action And are trying to traumatized other with their remarks and actions, this is ridiculous From year to year we bring a large group of you g people to the park but I don’t think will continue I would not want to subject them or their parents to this type of harassing treatment Also my brother was in the park with his son and one if the workers walked by him and hit him with her elbow telling him to pull up his mask and she quickly passed him if he wasn’t press for time and on his way to a ride he would have hit her back how dare her put her hands on him this is crazy Please train your workers to keep their hands to themselves and be courteous to the guest if not fights will probably start to break out and no one wants that

    Your app is bad. It won’t let me sign in. Why do I buy a fast pass pay $180 to get into this park and now I can’t even ride your ride. This is ridiculous no one ever told us about the virtual app. And I can’t even download it because I can’t get in. I just dropped $600 to get in here I’m really mad!

    From the time we started at guest services it has been a pleasure.. feel safe-clean and respected. Workers could not be nicer.. True pleasure coming to spend the day with our family..

    Overall love the app. Used it many times prior to the COVID pandemic and a few times during the pandemic. The Virtual Line worker best in July but in December, the availability is nearly unavailable. One thing I’ve noticed after reserving a late evening ride to the Mummy, upon entering the queue—it was nearly empty—the ride was a n immediate walk on and empty rides were being sent. Getting a reservation for Hagrid & Jimmy Fallon is a job in itself. Fallon was the same experience as the Mummy. Very disappointing to have Virtual queues and literally no wait. Hagrid in line queue moved at approximately 15 mins in the queue line. So the reservation system does work for this ride however the app needs more availability. What I would like to see: -The ability to add a default number of guest to the Virtual Line. By adding this, it reduces the time it takes to reserve a ride and heartache of losing it due to how fast the reservation time is gone. -More times added for higher capacity rides and rides with low wait times. Or simply remove the reservation altogether unless the ride wait times exceed 1 hour. -Food customization options are also a needed option. As a previous reviewer mentioned, usually I ask for certain items to be put on the side or removed. With the pandemic, I had one experience where everything by default was on the sandwich (ribwhich).
