Good game so far but I wish that you can make key out of money so 20,000 for 1 gold key and 1,500 for silver and 100 for bronze

This is a really fun game! I think the cars are a little too much though and getting money is hard.

Just went to buy gold keys($10) and I added my credit card and it said payment was successful . And then other thing pop up saying we couldn’t verify your payment but it still charge me and I don’t have the keys.

This game has fabulous graphics, lots of cars, and a great community of players. The crew feature let's you build a team to work together and the races are so much fun. Live races and Showdown events let you race other people around the world! There's a chat feature to talk to your teammates and I've met some great people. There are "Legends" cars you can restore. The game play is great! HOWEVER, in order to race you need fuel and therein lies this game's primary Achilles heel. The gas ads are SO FRUSTRATING. You have a tank which will refill itself at 1 "pip" (usually enough for a race) every 7.5 minutes up to 10 pips. Since a race takes 7-20 seconds this is ridiculously slow. So the game tries to speed this up by prompting you once you tank gets low to watch a 5 to 30 second advertisement for 2 pips of fuel and USUALLY keeps prompting you until your tank is double full at 20 pips. However so frequently it either gives a "Video Player not available" error and stops prompting you for more fuel or lets you watch an ad and then fails to prompt you for more. Right now I'm writing this because I have only 4 fuel pips after it prompted me, let me watch 1 ad and then went away. If I race right now it won't prompt me again, I have to wait until it fills up on its own and just hope it prompts me then. Social media threads and memes go back three years on these errors so they apparently are unwilling or unable to correct it. Sometimes you can click the fuel tank and watch 1 ad for 1 pip but this is painfully slow and is usually unavailable. I hope they fix these gas ads and don't just keep giving away cars to players as apologies. Maybe this appeases some but I feel it waters it down when everyone has the same car. Also I hope they recognize the loss of potential revenue because there are a ton of in game purchase options that I will not buy until they fix these gas ads. Why would I spend 10 to 40 dollars on a car I can't race?!! I can tell you right now there's a $54.99 deal with four Bugatti models I won't be buying. The Black Friday deals I wanted but didn't but, now take that Natural Motion and multiply it by the number of users you have that aren't buying things from you and that's how much money you are missing out on. There are other issues with the game that are aggravating. Probably the worst of these is that they have campaigns set up specifically so you can race to earn special parts for your car, the best of these are what the game calls stage six upgrades which they offer for your car's major components like engine, transmission, etcetera. They also have an in game currency you can earn, keys, which you can spend for parts. So you race and race spending money, time, gas, and keys to upgrade your car and you get to the end and... it gives you a stage six part you already earned previously!!! These parts are absolutely useless if you already have them. Why can they not check to see which parts you have and which you need?!! They do the exact same thing with the legends cars giving you components for cars you already restored which are absolutely useless so you just raced for nothing again and wasted your precious gas again. Another super aggravating issue is when you watch videos for fuel or money and at the end of the video you are returned to the previous screen with no reward and no recourse. This is getting worse not better. Every 3rd ad I watch on average now I don't get the reward I was promised. Oh and get this, the game will give you cars, either as a reward for some races or for meeting some goal, or you can buy cars with real world money... you can't paint them. Yes that's right, you just spent two weeks racing or $19.99 to buy this car but guess what you got it and it is hideous but you can't do a thing about it. Oh other cars in the game you can repaint and change wheels and change vanity plates but not the ones you gave up the most to get. If they cannot fix the gas ad issue they should start by speeding up the fuel recovery rate and find a new solution for giving players fuel. Many people simply buy fuel with one of the in game currencies, gold but you also need that to buy certain cars so that is a poor solution. Are they hoping that you'll buy gold from them as an in game purchase with real world money? I would hope not but their lack of attention to this issue raises the question. Even if this worked perfectly, I don't know another game that expects you to watch potentially 4.5 minutes of advertising just to play for 3 minutes. Most other games I play I watch 1 or 2 ads for 10-20 minutes of gameplay. Some only make you watch ads for bonus features! Oh and their ads usually work! This needs a better solution. Natural Motion you have such a loyal following, please fix this.

This app requires real money to properly play. Developers have COMPLETE control and can ban your account and keep all your money with no requirements of wrongdoing. Year of building a competitive garage and permanently banned with no appeal. Nazi germany was a rookie compared to the disclosure agreement you have to agree to before playing this game. I understand the need to protect your software, but allowing a company this kind of total control with NO oversight is just wrong.

If you encounter some that make you lose points or money, you won’t be able to get them back the support system doesn’t help you so don’t expect your lost items or loot to return
