    Wish I had read the other four reviews before I spent $4.99 on jpegs of templates. Fully customizable? Not even! It’s jpegs of certificates. There are no text boxes that you can change. You’d have to work all around with adding your own text which will not cover the existing text, so backgrounds are covered. This is a complete waste of money!

    This product will only work with Adobe products. You think it will work with any product because it states that its compatible with OS X 10.9 or later, but that’s not the case. Avoid the headache and look at other products!

  • A total disappointment… I would totally not recommend that you purchase.

    You cannot use this product without owning and knowing how to use Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop which cost a fortune and has a steep learning curve. In addition, there is no toolbar you cannot alter the certificates i.e. add the persons name w/o the Adobe products. I’m sorry but think there should take care to test these Apps before they are allow to be listed. It is a lot of trouble to get a refund and I think that is what is counted on, I would not purchase another product frm this designer.

    Wasted $4.99…no instruction, no helps, nothing! Cannot even pull up certificate on my Mac. Will not do ANYTHING! I WANT MY $$ BACK!
