Get things done! The award-winning Things app helps you plan your day, manage your projects, and make real progress toward your goals. Best of all, it’s easy to use. Within the hour, you’ll have everything off your mind and neatly organized—from routine tasks to your biggest life goals—and you can start focusing on what matters today. “Things offers the best combination of design and functionality of any app we tested, with nearly all the features of other power user applications and a delightful interface that never gets in the way of your work.” —Wirecutter, The New York Times KEY FEATURES • Your To-Dos Your basic building block is the almighty To-Do—each a small step toward a great accomplishment. You can add notes, tag it, schedule it, and break it down into smaller steps. • Your Projects Create a Project for any big goal, then add the to-dos to reach it. Use headings to structure your list as you outline your plan. There’s also a place to jot down your notes, and a deadline to keep you on schedule. • Your Areas Create an Area for each sphere of your life, such as Work, Family, Finance, and so on. This keeps everything neatly organized, and helps you see the big picture as you set your plans in motion. • Your Plan Everything on your schedule is neatly laid out in the Today and Upcoming lists, which show your to-dos and calendar events. Each morning, see what you planned for Today and decide what you want to do. The rest is down to you :) MORE THINGS TO LOVE As you dive deeper, you’ll find Things packed with helpful features. Here are just a few: • Reminders — set a time and Things will remind you. • Repeaters — automatically repeat to-dos on a schedule you set. • This Evening — a special place for your evening plans. • Calendar integration — see your events and to-dos together. • Tags — categorize your to-dos and quickly filter lists. • Quick Find — instantly find to-dos or switch between lists. • Magic Plus — drag the + button to insert to-dos anywhere in a list. • Share extension — create to-dos with content from other apps. • Widgets — see your lists on the home screen. • Mail to Things — forward an email to Things; now it’s a to-do. • And much more! MADE FOR IPHONE Things is tailored to the iPhone with deep system integrations as well. A great example is the Share extension, which allows you to create to-dos with content from other apps, such as a link to a website you want to get back to. You can also enjoy a beautiful dark mode at sunset, connect your calendars, add widgets to your home screen, create to-dos via Siri, import from Reminders—Things can do it all! There’s even Shortcuts integration if you want to automate your workflows. MADE FOR APPLE WATCH Things comes with a great app for Apple Watch. Just raise your wrist to glance at your Today list, mark to-dos complete as you go, and dictate new ones on the fly—all synced instantly with your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. • Great App but Pricing individual apps is not worth it

Got the iPhone app and it’s amazing. But if you want the full experience it’s $80. Went to download it on my iPad and Mac only to find out I need to spend an additional $20 and then $50 for the Mac version. You had me at the Mac app going, “okay I code too I know the costs and it’s a great app.” But then seeing the iPad was another $20? No thanks. That just destroyed the experience for me.

What an absolutely beautiful app, it looks very sharp. Extremely easy to use as well! I have not downloaded it on my MacBook yet as I was not aware it cost $50 for that! But I’m sure I will get it if I continue to enjoy this app. I like how it shows your calendar events when you look at “Upcoming” but I really wish it had a Calendar interface on it as well and you could add events to a calendar and sync with the i calendar.
  • Awesome 👌🏻

Hello dear developers Thanks for such a useful application. I would like to recommend to add an option which helps to sort "to-do" items according to its reminder's time. Best regards,

This app is the best out IMHO. I’ve used 3 other similar apps but none has the ease of use and intuitiveness as this one. Not to mention it’s very aesthetically pleasant to use.
  • Highly Recommended.

  • Missing “priority” ranking

Things is great but the one feature I really miss is the ability to rank tasks by priorities/order of importance. I just don’t find myself using the Things to do app because being able to quickly see which todo is the one I most need to take care of first is a crucial feature that is not present at this time.

I paid ten bucks plus to get this app that has no trial period and is supposed to be on a par with OmniFocus. Not by a long shot. Thought I would use the import to get my tasks from OmniFocus. Not a chance. Can’t send an email through their setup. Can’t get a refund. What awful service. I’ve learned my lesson and they got my ten bucks.
  • Great app, but sync is frustrating!

I love Things. I've bought it for all my devices — Mac, iPhone and iPad. But I'm sick and tired of the bizarre syncing problems that they still haven't fixed. I use Things every day on my iPhone, but if I open it on my iPad or Mac after not using it on those devices for a couple of weeks, suddenly there are tons of old ToDos that re-appear out of nowhere. It hppened again just now... I only had two items left for today on my iPhone... I opened Things on my Mac, and it brought back FIVE old ToDos that I've already completed! THIS MAKES ME SICK!!! There is NO other app I own that does this. Cultured Code needs to fix this frickin' problem!!!!!

I use this app to run my life. It’s well designed and I haven’t encountered a bug yet. Hats off to the creators for making the best reminders and to-dos app out there
