App is designed well but sneaker life is wild.

I absolutely love everything joke and this app!

This app is a joke you’ll never win a raffle. They have all this money but can’t pay developers to fix the win/lose algorithm and stop bots.

There was a time I felt like I had a chance to get a SNKR on the app but every time I try to buy a shoe I have to jump through hurdles just to get a shoe. 3 years ago it wasn’t like that. But it’s weird now how I build a profile to save my card information, shoe size, all that stuff but when I tried to bye the Grinch Kobe’s I had to select my size, do Face ID twice, and put in the 3 digit security code which I didn’t have on me at the time because I thought having my card INFO Saved I didn’t have to do all that. I even logged out the app and logged back in to try to get the Kobe’s because it did the same thing to me when I tried to get the Air Max 1 Green Anniversary shoe. I know you guys probably don’t care because the shoes are still selling out but I wanted them Grinch Kobe’s very bad. I’m a just delete the app and buy resell because they are the ones getting the shoes. It’s messed up

Bots buy drops in seconds hard to get any shoes. In another note good for up coming drop information

Horrible customer service , cancels orders doesn’t actually have ways to win if the servers are crowded by bots

Outstanding app platform! Go Team Nike!

Not sure why Nike would let this continue, but common people cannot buy new release shoes on the site. It doesn’t ask for verification that one is not a robot and I have missed on buying shoes that I wanted for almost 3 months since I have had this app. Nike wants to create a buzz, rather than cater to customers who want to buy to own, it is designed for the use of robots to buy and sell on secondary market.

This App is terrible do not download, it turns of bugs and can even get a pair of shoes you want. Even if you all your information ready and setup. Even if you wait the minute it comes out it says pending which basically means you don’t get it.
