    Like the title says. Tried multiple iPhones, tried wired and wireless connection on the Xbox, tried power cycling, reset modem, app doesn’t work

    I was able to play for a bit with the app and wondered what all of the bad reviews were about, and then the second I closed and reopened the game it wouldn’t connect anymore. It keeps telling me that the Xbox and phone aren’t connected to the same network, even though they are. I’ve tried every way to fix it over the past few days and nothing is working. There’s no way to even start the game without the app, this is a terrible design for the game.

    So to start off, I got the Just Dance 2021 for my daughter for her x box one but the thing is I can get into the app but it doesn’t connect my phone to the X box. I help her fill out but after I put the 6 digit code in it goes downhill. Any help?

    I was trying to play just dance 2021 on Xbox series x and it said I have to connect it to my phone so I did and then it didn’t let me use WI-FI so I connected to my WI-FI and it still didn’t let me use the app, this is the most frustrating app ever

    I’ve tried over 30 times to connect it to my Xbox and it won’t connect. I reset the internet, turned off the Xbox, etc. But nothing will work. Can someone help?

    Me and my family have been using this app for about a month or two..? And it’s amazing!! It’s works super well and it’s easy to use:) I recommend getting this(I have 2017 Xbox)
