Microsoft outlook asks you to re-log in entirely too much, it blocks you out by often saying you have the wrong password when you it isn’t and usually no one is around to help, it’s just horrible. I am asked to re-log in and verify my account way too much and usually it’s in a critical time like when a test is about to start or I’m in a time crunch. I’ve already inquired with you guys about improving this, please work on making it a smoother system for us medical students.
  • Search selection

I wish the search option would allow me to select several of my results. This used to be very helpful for deleting enail I didn't need anymore or just junk. Also, creating rules in the app would be so helpful! Other than that I like the app.
  • Long time to load emails

When opening the app, it does not show the new emails immediately. I have to manually pull down to refresh it and even then takes up to 30 seconds. I use Gmail and so it should not be so slow.

No alerts, no notifications, failure to recognize contacts/ addresses. I contact support and they recommend resetting the app (does nothing) then say "Ok I am closing your ticket," despite me stating the problem persists. Hello? Anybody there?

  • Nothing special about the app

It’s okay but nothing more. I have noticed that when you delete an email account, the TouchID app lock seems to automatically turn itself off. That diminishes security.
