What a terrible thing when you get free spins from soneone and itbets so cheap you get nothing. So disappointed in this game

I took a year of hiatus from playing only to find that the app has had many changes. Two years ago, I considered this an awesome app & proudly gave it 5 stars. Unfortunately, I can’t honestly say it’s worthy of 5 stars anymore. Some changes are good like creating side games for players to participate in & receive additional coins. The bad thing is glitches exists among those side games too, so you don’t necessarily get the coins you’re supposed to. More importantly than anything is lack of good customer service. Two years ago, I would send in a message along with a picture of what I experienced & their customer service would compensate my losses & eventually fix the problem. Now if I send in what I’m experiencing, I get a message back that ‘they’ve looked into the problem & all is okay now.’ No more compensation for losses caused by their glitches. Also, don’t expect to experience a winning streak. Another disappointing factor! Too bad the decision to change direction of the app produces disappointing gaming experiences. Example, you win a little a few rounds/spins but lose just as quick. If you move onto another game, same result. If you then decide to go into VIP, same result. So, if I decide to change strategy to play conservatively, guess what? The losing streak follows you no matter what game you play. My friend has a theory that players that make purchases on the app are probably tracked and set to purposely lose to continue purchasing. Whoever makes the decision to set the app to give little to no wins, please loosen up! Also what happened to all the Grease games?

Be prepared if you get this to get hits for the first month or so, but after that you will get nothing but your daily and hourly check in bonuses,maybe you can get a small hit out of that once in a while, but don’t expect to be able to play more than 10 minutes before you are out of tokens unless you are willing to buy fake tokens with real money hoping to win more fake tokens that are worth nothing

Do not use Apple Pay. I was double billed twice. The total was $150.00. Zynga acts helpless and admits it happened. After spending hours with Apple support they refuse to help and said to tell people not to use the program. The App has glitches all the time.

Still disgustingly as tight as ever, nothing changes. If you spend money on this you 100% deserve the negative consequences that go along with making such an irresponsible decision . You my friend are the definition of a LOOSER!! The number one problem I have an issue with is the fact that this a GAME simulation and there is absolutely noting random about a rigged game designed to take any money you are moronic enough to fork over! A live slot machine does not not know who you are and is random, most times you loose but sometimes you can win. This is not random, this is a scam,shakedown, shell game etc specifically designed to only take money. And most importantly they know who you are by your user name and specifically target your account to stop winning at their will and discretion. Live casinos never do that it’s highly illegal. You are wagering nothing; you are paying to play a game. I do not spend money on this form of entertainment as it would be a complete and total waste of money that I would never get back. I have billions in points stored using free credits and I’ve managed to earn almost the highest loyalty tier they offer. For those who failed 6th grade math let me explain how these crooked developers operate this sham. Take the advice from someone who plays this game frequently and has never been burned or railroaded by these crooks because I never pay to play under any circumstances whatsoever! The positive reviews are at least 99% fake and or planted (google click farms for an explanation of how this works). In addition to the laughable fake glowing reviews, they manipulate these games a thousand times worse than any legal or real slot machine. Also keep in mind they can conceivably rob you blind of any funds you make the decision to give them as they operate completely at their will and without any oversight or regulation. These developers or shysters and are 100% dependent up on the lowest common denominator of society (aka the not so smart) in order to support this sham which is actually quite disgusting and sad. Karma most definitely applies here. If you are spending money on this I suggest you invest in a good therapist as you would have to be going through some sort of life crisis or have an addiction monkey on your back to stoop to the level of sheer stupidity to go down that path in life. Paying to play this will get you nowhere and throwing your money away to support these psychopathic developers is beyond stupid.

I have been playing this game for years. I’ve gotten to 100 billion dollars twice. Then lose all my money really quickly. Once you lose your money it’s very hard to bring it back up. I bet the same amount or a little more and will win a couple of times but most of the time I’ll lose the money I’ve gained. If I try to bet a lot more I don’t win anything. It just takes all my money. I hardly win any bonus spins or bonus games. I have never won the mega jackpot in all the years I have been playing. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in this game. The only highlight is the magic spins but even those you have to wait and collect 7 gold bars to get those magic spins. Then you can win up to 15 spins but the bets are 3 million or less. They should up the bets to at least 10 million so you can win more money. Also it is really sad that when you do finally win bonus spins during a game it only gives you 5 or 7 free spins and most of the time you don’t win much money during those free spins. I think the minimum spins should be 10 free spins per bonus free spins. Another thing that annoys me is having to wait for the ads to finish before you can get the five free spins to add up to the 30 free spins for the one game that comes on once a day. Also I hate the rags to riches game and you can’t get out it to play on your own. If you don’t play then your status drops and you’ll go down a level. Your loyalty bonus goes down. It’s ridiculous. When you try to keep up with the other players you lose a lot of money. I think it’s time for me to stop playing this game. I used to enjoy it a lot now I don’t.
