I purchased the full desktop version this morning because I’ve had the free version for months now and have some time to add new stuff (pandemic and all) and decided it would be nice to be able to have the ingredients on my phone for shopping...then discovered on top of the $10 I spent for the desktop app I’d need to spend an additional $8 to utilize it on my phone. Can I get around it? Sure. Should I have to? Absolutely not. I think you should reconsider charging for both the desktop and mobile versions of your product, or at the very least, be upfront about it because I probably would have went with something else. I guess you’ve got my money already, so you win, but man that is shady.

I’ve been searching for a perfect recipe app for years and have been very impressed with this one. It does everything you need too. Hope to see a browser version soon.

  • #1 Recipe Keeping App EVER

Don't even bother with any other recipe keeping app. This is THE ONE! The only one you'll ever need. Been using it for years and I can't live without it. I've stored hundreds of recipes from online, my own recipe creations, recipes passed down from family, and recipes created by friends and their families. With the cloud backup, even when I upgrade my phone, my recipes follow. I've recommended this to many, and I will always recommend it. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.
  • Cost Misleading

It says once you purchase the app, you can sync with all devices but that is not true. Each device has to purchase its own version of the pro app and you can’t simply sign in to the account. Extremely misleading and disappointing.

OK so yeah, it costs to get the good version, but that's how they make their money. I'm OK with that since it's such a great product. I have this on phones, tablets, laptops. Does a really good job at pulling recipes from websites, very few recipes it doesn't find. Able to break recipes down into groups beyond what most people need. Highly recommend if your shopping for a very good, cross-platform, grouping recipe app.

I’ve been cooking my whole life and never saved my recipes. Im famous for one time dishes. Now I can finally repeat and improve my recipes. Pulling recipes from the web is the most awesome feature, then edit to make it yours. Love it!

Took a while to get used to it, but now this is my preferred recipe manager - deleted the others. Suggestion to enhance a good app: - calculate nutrition from ingredients

I love the app and bought it for my iPad and windows computer. My only complaint is the pop up I get often while using it that offers information on how to buy the app to sync across all your apps. I did this. I bought the app for all my devices. Please shut off the reminder that comes up time after time.
  • Great digital cookbook

As a digitial cookbook, this app is amazing. I can pick up new recipes on my phone to make using my iPad, as well as sort them all my way. I do wish the GUI allowed for scrolling though directions/ingredients independently..
