    These people told me that I had canceled this app and then I would not be charged anymore. That was October 24, 2020. Here we are in November, and they charge me again. Now they say they can’t find my account to cancel and then I have to reach out to Apple. Not to mention the price for this was supposed to be $9.99 and it said I was charged $10.98. They will not make themselves responsible for this extra money they charged or the fact that they have now cost me more money with my bank because now something has not cleared in my account it should have cleared had they not taken $10.98 from my account. No one wants to be responsible. Buyer beware! When they say it is canceled, it is not!!!

    I paid $10 for the premium version of this app. Haven’t gotten any value out of it despite the fact that upon downloading it they talked about how valuable it would be. Haven’t seen any value. Save your money. Also, I tried to connect my acorns spend account, the one I use for most subscriptions... it connected my ira account and my brokerage account but not my Spend account. Kind of lame! Wish I could get refunded!

    I apparently subscribed months ago and after I finally realized I was being charged for something I wasn’t using, I contacted hiatus at least 7 times in 3 months in an attempt to just CANCEL it. Stopped trying for a refund after the first 2. Had to subscribe to another app just to cancel and made SURE I ended that one after the free trial. If you’re going to have an email and phone number for support, at least pick it up or respond. Horrible. Wasted money. On something that’s supposed to save money. Funny.

    Whatever they used took my card details and somehow keeps taking $10 out of my account Ive had to switch cards because of this and it still happens. Planning on tracking down whoever runs this app and sue.

    I cancelled this subscription over 6 months ago and they are still charging me monthly. There is no number to call to get it fixed. Not good customer service.
