I was recommended this after I failed my ATI comprehensive predictor twice. I used this for countless hours and passed my retake with an 83! Definitely keeping the subscription through NCLEX!
  • Best rationales!

Happy to report I passed on the first attempt using this as my primary reviewer. I still had ATI reviewers from school and la Charity's prioritization exercises book but Uworld was extremely helpful because of the detailed rationales. Highly recommend and worth the investment! I took about 1.5 months to review right after graduation.

i was hoping and i studied but i didn't pass. uworld didn't give me discount or second chance. and U world is way too expensive now. what a rip off. i talked to them and they don't even want to give me discount on my next purchase. stingy and they will rip you off. i will not purchase anymore. i will use different reviewers.. no more buying uworld.
  • Truly the best NCLEX preparation tool!

I had used a variety of resources to prepare for the NCLEX, including ATI, Saunders, Kaplan, My Nursing Mastery, and Hurst Review. Not everyone learns the same way, so I tried to find what worked best for me. In the end, it came down to UWorld with Saunders as a supplement. I love that UWorld has its own predictor and progress tracking. The review structure helped me to identify weak areas while providing question rationale and explanations so that I could improve next time around. Not only was I able to refresh and expand what I had learned in school, but I was also able to break down exactly what the question was asking and how to select an appropriate answer. Another advantage to UWorld is that the question format (on computer) was exactly like that of the NCLEX. When I went to take the real test, I was comfortable with the format and felt as if I were just going through more UWorld questions. I passed in 75 questions, finishing in approximately 45 minutes. I highly recommend this app to future nurses!

By far the best NCLEX review I have used. I know other reviewers have said this but I’ll back them up by saying the key to using this is to read all of the rationales. Even if you get the question right read all of the rationales. You will not only learn about why your choice was correct or incorrect but you will also get a rational for every answer choice. The other key is to do at least 75-100 questions a day. I passed my NCLEX yesterday. It shut off at 64 questions. The rationales in Uworld helped me make the correct choices and you can learn a lot from not just the question but also the rationales. The last thing I would recommend is doing all of the questions on the RN review before you sit for your exam. I believe it’s around 2700 + and doing at least 75 per study session to prepare your mental stamina. 3/4 of my nursing class used Uworld and all have passed. Great product and thank you for helping me to pass my NCLEX and get my RN.

Uworld over prepared me for the actual NCLEX. Best material out there for the NCLEX.

can’t access my QBANK because the “Buy” button is in the way, scrolling it to show up below the button doesn’t help either

UWorld has been great. It’s simple, to the point and super convenient on my phone. The rationales are fantastic.

I passed the NCLEX-RN in 60 questions (new minimum due to COVID) and you can too! I was so hesitant to fork out the money for this program, but I have zero regrets. The questions are challenging, but don’t let that discourage you! Read the rationales, take notes, and redo questions you got wrong at some point. I got to the actual NCLEX and found it surprisingly easy because Uworld prepared me so well. Do not skip this app, it is a necessity!
  • Great NCLEX rn prep

I used Uworld and passed my NCLEX rn in 60 questions! I actually believe that the questions on Uworld were more challenging than what I saw in the NCLEX. I think that the Uworld practice exam was kinda of a waste of time. The score I got on it wasn’t really a great indicator of my preparedness. I would just stick with your overall question bank rank.
