  • You removed the check mark option

I am frustrated because I have had a e-mail system for years that included the green check mark for e-mails that I completed and red flags for those I did not. I have no idea why but you removed the green check mark and it really bugs me becuase now I do not have an easy way to verify for myself that the e-mail has been handled. Seems petty but it is screwing up the way my entire company holds itself accountable for their e-mail daily.
  • Why Outlook cannot be the same on all platforms is so quizzical!

Outlook on the PC works fine. Zero issues. Outlook on the Mac: doesn't work fine and nothing but issues. Issues: No ribbon configurations, consistent with the PC. Addins: OMG, where do I start? I use WebEX and Adobe addins that work seamlessly on the PC and hardly work at ALL on the Mac. Options Menus? Good luck with that. Outlook has had a unified "File, Options" menu with ALL options available on the PC, for generations. On the Mac, more like 'guidelines' to put it best. On the PC, Outlook is simply a great product. On the Mac, you'll be asking for anything ELSE as your email client.

I have a variety of email accounts I use for various reasons. All of them are essential. Outlook allows me to monitor these email accounts in one robust application. Flexibilty, accuracy and multiple tools help me manage a variety of accounts. Highly recommended.

  • Too Laggy

This app, although very useful, is too laggy for my taste. I use 2019 MacBook Air for University, and using this application is a complete nightmare becuause of its slow performance. This also applies to Microsoft's other office applications, such as Powerpoint, Word, and Excel. The developers should do a better job at optimizing the applications for the MacBook Air, because every time i open one them, i consider upgrading my cokmputer to a faster one, even though it is barely a year old!
  • This reviewed grade was done based on my experiences with my hotmail that frenquently is very slow o
