No more getting my phone out and turning it on then getting the time. The old way is still the best. Thank you CUTE for the wonderful things you Have to offer. Only critique, make it easier for us to get and use the promo code. If I’m not fast enough to touch and hold my finger on the promo code I can’t seem to receive my discount, not happy, at all. I love this app but what I hate is when you see an item for example .89 when you put it in the cart expecting to pay .89 and you see that the shipping is 4.00 or even more sometimes. There are other places that don’t charge for shipping and I just thought that the shipping was very high for what I bought. Just my opinion. There are several items I would have bought but the shipping was higher than the item, and they were tiny items. I just think that the shipping could be lower.

I ordered items on this app and I never received majority of them from June till now November. Now their customer service is saying the window of refund is closed when I communicated with them throughout. They never told me there’s a window for refund. I will say stay away!!!

Honestly save yourself the time and bother with this app. All the company does is lie, they post a product with one price and soon as you click on it, the price becomes much higher and then they tack on the ridiculous tax and shipping rate. The item become double and sometimes triple the price that was originally stated. Not only that but the items aren’t anything like the picture. The stuff is all pretty bad company and the items take soooo long to arrive. Honestly, you would be better off going to another company and spending the same amount of money (after they add on all the fees) on something that is actually decent and looks like the picture. Terrible app and company, if I could give them zero stars I would.

I thought it looked like wish with different themed colors and i was basically right. The issue i have though is that i can not type on the app. To search to enter billing info or anything else, please fix this so i can give you my buisness

I’ve used this app for several years now and it was nice and had a variety of items to buy for cheap. The app will not load order history and when you contact customer service to let them know they bounce you around between customer service reps and treat you like you don’t know what you are talking about or doing and not solve the issue in which you have contacted them. I will never shop with them ever again. Save yourself the time and trouble and do not download or shop with them.

I have been shopping from Wish for over 2 years. This is my holiday go to store, so many items to choose from. My only complaint is at times items arrive with missing parts or damage, but refunds are handle in a timely matter, which I love. There is so much to choose from. Love shopping here!
