Your Medical ID Record is a useful reference in an emergency or when visiting a healthcare professional. It could save your life one day! Enter Personal Data, Medical Conditions, Notes, Allergies & Reactions, Medications, and Emergency Contacts. Attach photos from the camera or photo library. Attach photos or PDFs by importing them from iCloud Drive, Dropbox etc. or dragging and dropping them from other iPad apps. Scan documents to create PDF attachments. Markup photo and PDF attachments to annotate, highlight or redact information. A Watch app gives access to your Medical ID without having to unlock your phone. A Widget is also available and your iPhone/iPad can be configured to make this accessible from the lock screen. Note: for space and usability reasons, photos and PDFs are not included in the Watch App or Widget version of your Medical ID. Back up your Medical ID to iCloud, Dropbox etc. for safekeeping or to copy it between devices. Note: document scanning and Markup requires iOS 13.     Love the application, I wanted something where I could add notes & add photos if necessary, like my insurance card or xrays & I can! I just wish that the application could be linked with Apple Health

  • Lock screen problem

    Unfortunately, I have not been able to have the information appear on my lock screen. I have an iPhone 7. If it will not show, the program is a waste of space on my phone. Also, no where in the program is a help area.

    Nearest nothing I’ve seen in an app. Name and vital info only. Nothing to list medications, allergies, or past procedures. Complete waste of money. I deleted.

    Very important app for your front screen. In case of an emergency and you’re incapacitated. I use it every time I go to the doctor and have to fill out all those forms. All the information they want is right there. Same goes for your spouse. Most of us have no idea what medications or what the medical history is for our spouse.
