    I loved the web interface, the app interface needs a lot of work. Frequent crashes while opening folders with more than 50 items makes it a horrible user experience

    This app saves anything I want. I doubt know if there is a storage limit yet.. But one this far. Also it's secure A+++

    For the past few months, the app keeps crashing while I scroll looking for images I wanted to use. I called customer service and they were not useful at all.

    The only bad thing I would say is that it takes so long to load a phot up just to find what I am looking for. I have mine stepson folders but when I go to that folder it takes to long to bring them up

    iOS app doesn’t work, won’t show files. Despite restarting device and disconnecting and reconnecting WiFi doesn’t work. Shows “Something went wrong” errors.

    Go figure the richest man in the world cannot afford to maintain a simple app that navigates a directory. Crashes constantly on latest and all previous iOS. You cannot even see file size. A file navigation app that is incapable of showing you file or folder sizes?! Is this 1992? Even Windows 3.0 could do that no problem. Just use the mobile browser version, it doesn’t offer any additional functionality but at least it won’t crash. Utter trash and is insulting that Jeff Bezos doesn’t insist it be improved. Lazy. This doesn’t even meet minimum requirements.

  • Generally works well, but missing some integration work with Files

    Generally works, I trust Amazon to store my files, however, the Files integration seems half implemented, as Amazon Drive does not show up as a Location when I go to Save a PDF when I am in Safari. Not sure what other areas may not be fully implemented either. But, for a stand-alone application, it works as expected.
